Powered by You: How the SiFly Community Sparks Innovation

For over four years, we’ve been on the frontlines of every major watersports exhibition—standing shoulder-to-shoulder with our dealers, partnering with eFoil schools, and supporting every rider who takes flight with SiFly. Our connection with the community isn’t a strategy, it’s the soul of our brand. From day one, we’ve been just one email away, offering real support, listening closely, and turning your feedback into action. Every upgrade, every product, every breakthrough is powered by you.

SiFly has always been built around people first. Our eFoils, accessories, and updates wouldn’t look the way they do today without the riders, instructors, rental owners, and beginners who share their experiences with us every day. The community isn’t something we observe from a distance. It actively shapes how SiFly evolves.

Here’s how we grow together.

From the Water to R&D: The Role of Our eFoil Riders in Shaping SiFly

Insights from the water matter more than anything developed behind closed doors.
Every demo session, every comment, every shared first-ride story, and every piece of feedback helps us understand what riders actually need.
These conversations influence real decisions across:

  • board stability and progression
  • ergonomics and volume distribution
  • remote responsiveness
  • SiFly App features
  • safety expectations
  • durability for schools and rental fleets

Instead of assuming what matters, we refine and adapt based on the patterns we see.
This loop of riding, listening, and improving is one of the reasons our system continues to evolve so quickly.

The SiFly Owners Hub: Ride, Share, Inspire.
Built for Connection, Powered by Passion

To make sharing easier, we created the official SiFly Owners community.
It has become a place where riders at all levels exchange experiences and help each other progress.
Inside the group, you’ll find:

  • beginners asking for first-ride guidance
  • advanced riders sharing techniques and tips
  • rental owners discussing maintenance and business setups
  • community troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • updates, feedback and honest conversations

We’re there too, not only to answer questions but to stay close to what riders experience in the real world.
These interactions often highlight things that help shape future updates or improvements.

Building a More Complete Riding Experience
As our community grew, one message became clear: riders wanted more than just an eFoil. They wanted an ecosystem built around comfort, safety and belonging.

Safety & Apparel
Many community members asked for high-quality protective gear that matches the SiFly aesthetic. This inspired the creation of the SiFly Safety Vest: comfortable, functional, and designed for confidence in the water.
We also introduced SiFly T-shirts, giving riders a simple way to feel part of the brand on and off the water.

Upgrades Driven by Community Input

Riders have been consistently looking for ways to customize and improve their setup.
One of the most requested additions was a smoother, safer propulsion option.
This feedback played a major role in the development of the SiFly Jet, offering gentler acceleration, enhanced safety, and strong efficiency without sacrificing ride time.
These additions weren’t created in isolation. They came from real requests, real experiences, and real needs shared by our riders.

Support That Follows You Anywhere

Growing together also means making sure every rider feels supported long after their first session. That’s why we’ve built a support ecosystem that continues to expand every year.
You can rely on:

  • clear onboarding guides and educational content
  • a global network of demo locations and service centers
  • accessible spare parts and fast repairs
  • direct communication with the SiFly support team

Much of this structure was developed because riders told us what made learning easier, what slowed them down and what they wished existed when they started. We listened and adapted.

What Our Community Teaches Us

The more our community grows, the more we learn about the core elements that matter to riders:
1. Progression is essential.
People want equipment that supports learning and continues to challenge them as they improve.
2. Confidence accelerates learning.
Stability, predictable controls and the right safety gear make the first sessions more enjoyable.
3. Community speeds up progression.
Advice, videos and shared experiences make learning faster and less intimidating.
4. Transparency builds trust.
Regular updates, open communication and clear guidance help riders feel supported and informed.
These insights play a central role in how we plan future developments.

Look at the Landscaping

SiFly is shaped by people who ride, learn, fall, progress, teach others and share their stories. Every message, every suggestion and every shared experience helps us build products that reflect real needs rather than assumptions.
We improve because our community pushes us forward.
We grow because our riders grow.
And this connection will always stay at the heart of SiFly.
