Returns & Exchanges

At FliteSail, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital products or licenses
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items.
  • Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
